Liz offers a holistic approach, exploring the psychological, emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of her clients’ lives. She uses a combination of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapy to dig deep and uncover the past using it to mirror and heal the present. She helps to locate and loosen the psychological knots tied to old beliefs and patterns, in order to help her clients, integrate new healthier ways of being.
Liz treats individuals with depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, trauma, Long term Illness, life transitions, co-parenting, and grief & loss. She specialized in working with women, and adolescents and enjoys collaborating with clients’ families to support their therapeutic journey.
